ABOUT ME

Hey, I’m Maryfrances, a registered social worker with over 13 years of experience, deeply committed to helping women heal from trauma. 

Why social work?

Because I’ve lived through trauma too. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected, exhausted from trying to heal, and unsure where to even start.

My own experiences showed me how powerful having the right support can be, and how important it is to feel comfortable enough to share the hardest parts of your story. (Trust me, I get it can feel a lot like like dating… minus having to pick out a cute outfit 😉

Healing goes deeper than just talking about pain… it’s about working on your mind, body, spirit, and environment while knowing there is no right or wrong way to heal.

Now, my goal is to create a warm, real, space where you leave each session feeling a little lighter, more connected, and more hopeful.
